Successful collaboration relies on the engagement and involvement of our teams to think differently and redesign services around our patient or client needs. Without a collaborative culture, we will not be able to achieve effective or sustainable services and drive what will be significant changes in the way we work.

The Collaborative supports driving a collaborative culture across our workforce through:

• Forums
• Breakfast meetings with key note speakers.
• Supporting staff to participate in cross-organisational projects.

In 2017, The Collaborative trialled a shark tank approach to generating new ideas for projects focussed on the acute/primary care interface.
